Information you choose to send

Contact and volunteer actions open your email or WhatsApp application. The website does not operate its own database. Information is received by the account you choose to contact and should be used only to respond, organise requested participation or provide opted-in updates.

Information not collected by this site

The current site has no advertising trackers, analytics platform, user accounts, payment collection or background location access.

Third-party services

Google Fonts may receive technical connection information such as IP address and browser details. Email and WhatsApp are governed by their respective providers. Contribution links and the QR code open PayPal, where payment information is handled under PayPal’s own terms and privacy notice. This website does not receive your PayPal login or card details.

Retention and rights

Enquiry records should be retained only while needed for the stated purpose and legitimate Foundation administration. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@willisondiekfoundation.org.

Sensitive information

Do not send identity documents, medical details, financial credentials or information about children through ordinary website contact channels.
